WardSource Solutions was founded by Patricia Ward, a seasoned change practitioner and strategy leader with extensive experience supporting complex, high-accountability transformation efforts. Her work spans enterprise system implementations, organizational change, and leadership decision support in environments where pressure, risk, and scrutiny are constant.
In addition to her change practice, Patricia has served in senior strategy and risk management roles, where she developed and implemented a comprehensive risk management program and supporting frameworks within the Federal service. This work sharpened her focus on early signal detection, escalation discipline, and leadership accountability under sustained pressure.
Patricia holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). She is the creator of the Change Load Framework (CLF), a human-centered framework designed to help leaders align execution decisions with real organizational capacity during sustained change.
WardSource Solutions exists to help organizations navigate sustained change without eroding trust, performance, or well-being. We support leaders in making responsible decisions under pressure by aligning change execution with real human capacity.
WardSource Solutions was founded out of years of hands-on experience supporting complex, high-accountability transformation efforts where traditional change approaches fell short. Over time, a consistent pattern emerged: change struggled not because of lack of effort or intent, but because human pressure peaked near implementation and went unaddressed.
That insight led to the development of the Change Load Framework (CLF) and continues to shape how we support leaders through high-stakes change today.
